Nutritional Therapy

Free nutrition taster session

What you eat and drink is the foundation of good health.  Good nutrition is about preparing food to nourish you at every level to help you feel great in the present and to uphold your health into the future.  The support of a qualified nutritional therapist can make it easier to take your health into your own hands.

Our nutritional therapist will work alongside you to keep you at optimum health and provide you with the knowledge you need to make healthy food choices.  Our nutritional therapist will do this by taking a multifactorial approach to identify the underlying causes of symptoms and restore balance.

It is important to recognise that everyone is an individual, therefore our nutritional therapist will ensure that the advice and information given to you is tailored to your specific health concerns and lifestyle.

Nutritional Therapists must meet the National Occupational Standards for Nutritional Therapy and are presently coming under regulation by the Nutritional Therapy Council. Nutritional therapy encompasses the use of carefully compiled individual prescriptions for diet and lifestyle in order to alleviate or prevent ailments and promote optimal health. These recommendations may include the appropriate use of supplementary nutrients.

Nutritional therapists often work with patients, many of whom have been referred by medical practitioners, who have chronic health problems that conventional medicine finds difficult to treat.
